Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for Gifts and Creative Supplies, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Store Credit Only
All approved returns are eligible for store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Cards
- Art kits
- Fine art prints
- Canvases
- Original artwork
Additionally, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are non-returnable.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your eligible item for store credit and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still meet the return eligibility conditions listed above. Returns will be issued as store credit only.
